FormRanger does not auto populate

Hi,

I have used Form Ranger for quite some times

Last month i have issue

I had 2 forms, same question list, same format, form ranger fulls out data from same source. Everything is exactly the same, just the different languages are use

Form A has 4411 responses

Form B has 4029 responses

They used to run very well till the last 2 weeks, Form A runs well but Form B didn't. Everytime new entry coming, I have to open Form B, click on Form Ranger/ Start. Then it will populate

Can you advise?

Open FormRanger and turn off the triggers.  Close the spreadsheet.  Open FormRanger and reset the triggers.
