Questions List doesn't populate now

Successfully worked the other day, but when I tried to make a second form today I just get a blank space on the FR pop up. Have run troubleshooting and no change - any ideas?

Are you sure you have the correct question type? Formranger only works with some questions. See the list in your screenshot.
