Form Ranger Not Pulling All Listed Names

Hello,

I have connected the correct sheet to Form Ranger and it contains no duplicates. Out of 1079 names in the connected sheet, it pulls only 925. Any recommendations/suggestions on how to fix this?

I believe the maximum number of entries is 999 or 1000.  You will have to split the list into two list.  Add a branching question to determining which question gets asked.

Thank you.

I was able to get the list down to 999. However, when I hit update question list, it still contains the original dropdown choices. How would I fix it to reflect the new list of answer choices?

Have you used the tool from the description of the group to locate any duplicates?  See find duplicates.

Try with a shorter list to make sure you have formranger working.  Duplicates are the biggest cause of failure.

I just made some changes to find duplicates  This should locate duplicates and check if the count is above 1000.

Two rows with spaces are a duplicate.

You will have to check each list separately.  Let me know if you have any questions.
