ello everyone! I have a problem when using FormRanger to connect googlesheet data to googleForm in the drop-down menu. After successfully installing FormRanger -PROD, the first time I used it to connect data, it worked very well, but then I couldn't continue, it hung as shown in the attached image. I think because my googlesheet data is large, I made it smaller by using another googlesheet file with only 1 sheet with 65 rows and 3 columns of data. And I also changed the GoogleForm file with only 1 part of the content and only 1 question, the situation still did not change. I cannot connect data from GoogleSheet to GoogleForm via FormRanger -PROD. I look forward to receiving support from everyone, thank you!

Are all of these Google files rather than an Excel file?

Hello! Thanks for looking at my issue. My data was created from an Excel File (Microsoft Excel 2013) then uploaded to Google Drive

try creating a new Google spreadsheet and copy the data from the excel file.

The source spreadsheet is usually one that will change over time.  You can just copy and paste if the options remain the same.

Hello! Thank you for your attention to my problem. My data file was created from Microsoft office 2013, then uploaded to google drive. After reading your response, I tried again by creating a new file directly using googlesheet, but still encountered the same problem, I think because my file is large, with 65 sheets. Then, I created a new file with only 1 sheet to connect the data. But if I do that, my work is not optimized, because I have to create 65 different googlesheet files. Do you have a more optimized way that can support me? Thank you!

So it worked with only one sheet?  You may have found the problem.

This is the data spreadsheet for FormRanger.

I don't remember ever seeing an application requiring 65 sheets.  Can you explain why so many sheets?  

The most common use of FormRanger has a Form Responses sheet and a sheet to tabulate the values and adjust the table used by FormRanger.

The work I am doing is: collecting information of students in my school through googleForm. My school has 65 classes, I want when students select their class, that class will be displayed, then students select the student's name with student code, and finally enter the information I need to collect. My school has a total of 64 classes, 2786 students, so I separate each class into 1 sheet and a sheet of class lists, on googleForm I only set up 65 different sections to indicate the destination of each class list when students select. I have not found an optimal method to do this work.
