Hi,
Thanks in advance for your help. 
I am trying to create a form, where I have set a limit of one set on the 6 options allowed. I have Form ranger is set to auto re-populate on form submit. However, even though my spreadsheet of responses is showing that Options 1 and 6 are no longer available, the form is showing on option 1 is not available and has not updated that Option 6 is also not available. The idea is to allow people to schedule a meeting time from allowed times, once I can get this working.

I suspect you are using "This time is taken, please choose another." for both one and six. That causes a duplicate and there will not be an update.

I suggest you change the formula so that the option is set to "". Null. That way the item disappears.

You need an additional item that will appear when all items are taken. =if(concatenate(itemlist)="","all items taken","")
