Form Ranger is no longer updating

I have been using it for some time on the form. It is connected to a google sheet but for some reason some of the questions are no longer updating. There are no duplicates and everything is connected correctly. One out of 4 of my questions is working and they are pulling the exact same way just different columns. 

Can anyone help?

I just made some changes to find duplicates  This should locate duplicates and check if the count is above 1000

You will have to check each list separately.  Let me know if you have any questions.

Hi,

I've used the find duplicate tool and check for every ranges used un the form, but there is no dup in each range, and the row count for each range is well below 1000.

To restate my problem, I have set up a few dropdowns in my form, each to a separate range of GoogleSheets, and the form dropdown options update correctly until a few week ago.

I haven't confirmed if all dropdowns stop working or only a few - I'll start monitoring now.

Currently I have disabled Auto-repopulate questions on form submit, only every hour is enabled.

I also worry that my main GoogleSheets has so many queries from other sheets and published pages and it hits the limit somewhere, but I don't have a way to check if it's true.

Kevin,

Try turning off both triggers and then turn them on.

Make a change to one of the questions and choose the Update question list.  That should reload the information from the spreadsheet.

Remember that the updates form will only change the next time the form is opened.

If the questions continue to not be updates, please share a copy of the spreadsheet with me.  Remove any sensitive data.  Also a copy of the form.  My email is GLUA.Joe @ Gmail.com.  There may be something that the find duplicates is not catching.

Hi  Joe Schmidt,

The all the dropdown options are updated correctly now. Thanks for your support.

I'm not sure what was the trigger to fix it, because last week I did a bunch of things before posting a message here: I clicked the 'update question list' button, I toggled off both 'auto-repopulate on form submit' and 'every hour', then toggled on the 'auto-repopulate every hour', basically poking all buttons in a random order like a mad monkey.
