Not working at the moment

I use form ranger ever since and it's working fine but not until lately. This is how it appears and stuck there..

it takes a while before it gets to that state for both browser. I got Windows 11 21H2 (OS Build 22000.348). Thanks for the help.

Make sure you are signed onto only one account.  Try an incognito window in Google Chrome.

I think FormRanger trys to update the form when you open it.  Are the spreadsheets and sheets still available?

Thanks for your reply.

The first images I posted are link to a spreedsheet which was working before. The problem still exist even in the fresh form which is not link to a spreedsheet. Btw, I followed your instructions but still it stuck in this state..

Can you share the form where it isn't working?  I want to verify that I can get the same problem.

As I suspected, I had no problem with FormRanger.  Now we know it is something special about your situation.  I have not updated to Windows 11.  Can Can you try again on a computer running Windows 10? I'm wondering if there is a security setting in Windows 11.

I don't know where you are located but using a VPN might help. See possible solution 

Did you recently add any blockers or security items to your PC.

I really can't think of anything else.

thanks again. these are what I found out. My pc in the office running  windows 10  works there but not the windows 11 pc in my house. I installed a vpn chrome extension to win 11 pc, as you suggested, and to my surprise it worked. i didn't install any adblocker as i only have a kaspersky security cloud free. probably i will just enable the vpn for the  mean time every time i use the formranger. i hope you'll find a solution on this since enabling vpn might somehow slows down browsing experience. that's all for now and thankz again..  chiao.

I'm glad I was able to help.  I only use Windows security that comes with Windows. You might want to disable the Kaspersky security cloud-free.

I don't think I can be much more help.  There is something about the setup of your PC that is running Windows 11. I believe a VPN ignores some of apps and that is why it is running.

I have always heard that you only want one security program running.  I use Windows.  

I'm in no hurry to upgrade to Windows 11.  I'll let a bunch of folks update and help locate the bugs.

hi, what vpn did you used and where did you install it? form ranger is also not working on my pc which is windows 11.
