Have you talked with the workplace or IT folks.

I did speak with IT but they did not have this blocked for me. I do have other forms that I am using and the option is there on those.  I am at a lose

Hey, I just took a chance to copy the spreadsheet and the launch option appeared. I wonder if I should just start with this copy and relink the form to this copy sheet?  Do you think this will work?

Note: I am on my own surface pro and not the macbook air, work laptop and on my home network.

Thanks for letting us know that you got it to work.  Sometimes, the behind the scenes stuff gets messed up and a script won't open.

You should be able to use the new spreadsheet.  You will end up with a new Form Response sheet. 

It can get tricky to modify the formulas and make sure that the new response sheet looks like the old.

Ask yourself if you deleted any rows or made any edits.  Those changes will not be in the new response sheet.

Make a plan before you start.

Can I have multiple triggers? I believe it is only one, but just checking.

Oh no!! I now have the trapped issue with the templates having no source selection for the template... I have the error sheet, but it doesn't show any errors.
