formMule not loading images in templete

Hello,

I have a rather robust Google Sheet that I am connecting to 9 different templates using formMule. Each template has my company logo at the top of the template. Everything was working and now I am getting a broken image link in every email I send out where the logo was placed. Am I overlooking something? Here is the code I was using to pull the image.

What are the sharing settings on the photo?  I suspect it has to be public.

It is set to whomever has the link can view the image. It was working and now it is not and I have not changed any settings for the file.

When it was working were you sending the output to other email addresses?  I get a file not found.

I noticed Google has started applying a security key to the link for image files. I thought that may have contributed to my problem as I also noticed that my Gmail signature was not always working. Would reinstalling the Form Mule add-on help my situation?

It is my understanding that you are always getting the most recent version.

If your HTML works when you are in an incognito window and not signed onto any account, then it might work inside FormMule.  I must admit, I'm not an HTML expert.

does not do more than error also...

why not share a simple .jpg or .gif and maybe even reduce the url length by using a shortened one, for instance using https://bit.ly
?

As the owner of the link you may even change te link being refered to on bit.ly to another url so even 'old' mails will keep on displaying you logo properly even if you relocate the shared file ;)
