will throw error no recipient - form mule error

Hello Team, I am getting this error on my formule mail merge - emails are not going 

i have attached the screenshot of the error msg 

please help. TIA

You have to put a comma between email addresses if there is more than one.

On the condition, I believe it has to be all caps just like the example.

You must have an email address in any column used by the merge tag.  You have several rows without an email address.

Due to several family affairs - my father in law and his best friend / my wife's uncle both passed away recently) I'm not able to keep up with you in helping FM users.

But as your work seems to get stuck and the solution and warnings you should consider are important I'll spare you a few minutes of my time:

First:
Your sheet is open to the public to edit. This is very dangerous and unnecessary.

Please restrict access to 'comment only' and reconsider if that is even needed.
You are publishing personal information such as names and emailaddresses from form replies this way.

If you are to use this form and sheet in some form of production I recommend to start from scratch and use this as an example / testbed.

Second:
Not meeting a condition means the cell in which the contents is going to be used for the merger does not comply.
You merged the <<COLUMN WITH THE EMAILADDRESS>> with a comma ',' and another emailaddess, probably your personal one @live.com 

In your sheet I've added a comment to not do this and use the BCC: field for this.

If you need to inform the addressee you received a copy of this mail, just mention that in the body and explain why.

If however you need to address two emailaddresses then if ',' does not suffice you should use the appropriate value separator, which is ';' in my country.

But again, you should 'fix' this if the result is actually undesirable.

If you - or Fatema - is not the addressee use CC: or better BCC: if it holds no relevance to the addressee to know this.

Three:

You sign of with TIA, which in international context stands for Transient Ischaemic Attack
which I sincerely hope you do not suffer from and as it caused passing away of my father in law last december made me frown what you mean by it?

Bart,

I'm sorry for the loss of your loved ones.  You bring up an excellent point.  One that many folks don't consider consistently. I can be guilty at times.

Here are some thoughts:

I agree that one should never share publicly a file that is production (has sensitive data).  Not even view only or comment as anyone will have access.  Not just to help you.

If you trust someone, you should consider sharing a copy of the file that causes the error or problem.  The copy should have any sensitive information removed. 

This will likely require two steps.  Step one is to make a copy1 so you don't share the production version.

Remove the sensitive data from the copy(1) and then copy(2) again.  This new copy(2) is the one you need to share.  Because of the revision history feature of Google, folks can look at history in Copy(1) and see what you removed/changed.

If you decide you trust someone share directly with their email address.  If the data is real sensitive, never trust anyone.  Don't temp someone.

Sharing your screen during a Zoom or Meet has a reduced chance of someone seeing what they shouldn't.  You can hide columns before you share your screen.

This is very important, remove or change the sharing option after your problem is solved.  I have access to hundreds of files because folks didn't do this.  I can remove them from showing up in my list of files but I still have access.

I'm sure there is more but I wanted to confirm what Bart said.
