Html link not working to show image in email body

Hi Sumit,

Did you actually check the raw email body or the email received and compared it with the one in your sent folder?

If the domain or emailclient of the receiver blocks external images to be shown the image won't show and nothing you can do about it. Some anti-spam and malware protection filters even remove external imagelinks to avoid importing risky content.

Start by diagnosing the mail in you the sent folder and forward thus to a(nother) personal account to doublecheck.

Yes sure i had checked in receiver email body too. it is show as below only mention link instead of image view.it was birthday image which was on website domain . is there any solution for that.

Can you share an example of how you have the image in the body of the template?

Did you use HTML to retrieve the image?

Create an example using test data and share with the group.
