URGENT... Form mule loading and not appearing anything

Hi,
Last week my form mule stopped auto generating case number, URL and sending email.
I tried to open my form mule, but it keeps loading until infinity time and i unable to do anything. can someone please help?

It will help determine if you have a problem with the column titles.

You may have to create a new output destination from the Google Form.

I already saw the video but it did not help as I already fixed the error. The form mule keep bugging, please help me

Select a new output spreadsheet from the Google Forms Responses menu.

When Formmule gets stuck, starting over is sometimes the best option.

At "NOTIFY CHECKER" can i add another one item in "=" side?
like Client (Cash Up-front and Collateral) & Global Account (MC or XC)

Hi Nur,

You are responding to an old thread not related to your problem, better start a new conversation next time.

Keep in mind you are creating a commercial service process using a free tool intended for teachers and seeking help from unpaid volunteers.
The level of professionalism on both sides becomes questionable when your SLA depends on the free time of enthusiasts to teach you how or help you fix things.

My advice is to kill complexity before it can run you into trouble:

Your issue is clearly prone to cause trouble now and in the future.
Instead of directly checking/matching the column with the response for a complex value with many words, diacritics, punctuation marks or brackets etc.
you have more options and less caveats when you introduce a new column next to the answers matching what you want and return with a boolean or one-word statement to match your FormMule triggers.
 
example in C1:

You get in column C of your form response sheettab
"Trigger.Credit.Approber" as header in C1
nothing ("") for each empty row,
FINALIZED or ABORT when the field in column CA contains "Approved" or "Rejected",
PROCESSED <datestamp> when column SS with the  Sent Status datestamp of the Credit.Approver.Template,
or
YES when the answer in column B matches your desired text, in this example "Answer=Complex(!really)"
or
NO in all other cases.

This way your trigger settings can be easy and certain:
'Notify Checker' if Trigger.Credit.Approver = YES

And it hardens your solution where you can check within the sheet to the why, why not or when the templated was triggered and sent for this step instead of memorizing the FormMule settings by heart and hoping it won't break whenever the wording changes in the form.

All the best and do not hesitate to look for commercially supported products to meet your business requirements as imho FM is not the right path.
