Form Mule and all the other Cloudlab add-ons are free; there is no cost involved in accessing these tools. The Cloudlab add-ons leverage the Google Platform so the only limitations involved are connected to the capacity of your Google account and general Google product quotas.

Every account type has a different limit ( Free Gmail vs Gsuite for Edu/Business)

Hello,

There is no paid edition of this add-on.

There is only one version of Form Mule publicly available via the GSuite Marketplace and it is free to use.

The only account you might have to pay for is the google gmail account, depending on the type of gmail account you have.

Here is some information on different Google account types ( Free Gmail vs Gsuite for Edu/Business)

Jeff, you may want to check with your G-suite administrator. We apparently use some sort of 3rd  party bundler that provides some kind of management process to our G-suite. They recently disabled our access to all the addons so if you hadn't previously installed it you couldn't install Form Mule. Your school system may be using some similar form of administration for which you were being assessed a fee of $39/year. If you can't install the Google addon from the Addon Store this may be the problem. You can test that by using a personal Gmail account on a non-managed device and see if you can download the addon then. I hope that helps you find a solution.
