Form Mule keeps creating new hidden template sheets

I have run the error sheet on my file and don't see any errors.  Form mule keeps creating a new hidden template each time I open form mule and I can't get to the build template section to fix it.  

any help would be great appreciated.

Make a copy of the spreadsheet for backup.

Delete all of the hidden sheets and see if Formmule will let you get to the templates.
