When I sent an email through Form Mule manually (like a test) it goes through perfectly.

If I fill in the connected form, and Form Mule sends the email automatically, none of the formatting is there.  None of my links show up or the bolding etc.

Unless you use the CopyDown add-on formatting doesn't get applied to new rows.

You can use HTML to bold a merge tag in the template.

I'm not sure why a link would be missing.  I'd have to see the spreadsheet.  If you wish to share a copy with dummy data, I might be able to see the problem.
