I've seen this mention of the descriptions. But there isn't a foolproof guide to fixing this. 

I made a new form page, created a brand new response sheet, uninstalled and reinstalled Formmule. Deleted all headers. 

Still stuck on the spinning wheel.

Hi Randell,

When FormMule was conceived - more than a decade ago - the cloud standards were a lot different then they are today.

Since then

- all kinds of limitations have been introduced to reduce the amount of unwanted mails being created by people with devious intentions (daily mail limit of 100 gor personal accounts)

- has Google Forms changed into a much more versatile tool which can now cause very simple yet severe problems

- were a considerable amount of security restrictions introduced by Google which (may) obstruct the use of the the tool by your Workspace administration without any diagnostics or way to provide feedback to the user something is wrong.

Your spinning wheel is indefinite because something was initiated and the process is waiting for something which will never happen because of unknown reasons.

All the advice you'll find here are workarounds and practices to avoid conflicts, some even to no avail.

I am happy to help you figure out if you can get FM to work but I will also provide you with comments or feedback to the mission you try to accomplish.

Just share a sheet.new to my Gmail address and we'll plan a Meet to build something to achieve your basic needs.

My TZ is CES, that's nearly UTC, so expect some delay in the responses.

This error indicates trouble adding the menu for FormMule to the menubar of Google Sheets.

You are probably not allowed to do so by your domain administrator.

Using a personal account may circumvent this but is not wise for the proper communication and address you will the use.

Sorry for your troubles but your restrictions cannot be lifted by us without authorisations.

Try to use a private browser tab, login again with your account, create a new sheet, (install and) run FormMule setup again
