When FormMule was conceived - more than a decade ago - the cloud standards were a lot different then they are today.
Since then
- all kinds of limitations have been introduced to reduce the amount of unwanted mails being created by people with devious intentions (daily mail limit of 100 gor personal accounts)
- has Google Forms changed into a much more versatile tool which can now cause very simple yet severe problems
- were a considerable amount of security restrictions introduced by Google which (may) obstruct the use of the the tool by your Workspace administration without any diagnostics or way to provide feedback to the user something is wrong.
Your spinning wheel is indefinite because something was initiated and the process is waiting for something which will never happen because of unknown reasons.
All the advice you'll find here are workarounds and practices to avoid conflicts, some even to no avail.
I am happy to help you figure out if you can get FM to work but I will also provide you with comments or feedback to the mission you try to accomplish.
