Emails Not Being Received

I have tested my form with 3 different email addresses. 2 of the 3 work as expected however one email address has yet to receive a single email. The log within my google form shows a record of the email sent and my Gmail shows a record of the email sent however it is not coming through on the other end. Has this problem come up before for anyone else? Thanks for the assistance.

Formmule sends the email but other settings control if the email is actually sent.  If you are using a domain and not a Gmail account, there are settings that prevent or allow the sending of emails.

The person who is not receiving an email might have emails that are sent from a script blocked.

If the person receives from a Gmail account and not a domain, it is likely a domain issue.

Hi Shane,

please test within Gmail - using the account FM was configured with - if regular emails created and send do arrive normally.

next test concerns forwarding the send email by FM to the designated account and check with the receiver account if she/he got 0, 1 or 2 emails...

...and if none arrived it's either the receiver blocking your mail or the address is incorrect or incorrectly formatted.
