Cannot get past Templates

Hello! 

I am new to form mule, and I have encountered an issue. When attempting to set up the software, it never lets me go past the template setup page.  I will select the number of templates I would like to use, and it does not generate more options. I then tried to name the template and set the condition but when I select next it brings me right back to the Set # of email template(s) and send conditions.  I have tried exiting the spreadsheet and re-opening it as well as uninstalling and re-installing form mule. None of these have helped. Would you be able to assist me?
