FORM MULE SEND CONDITIONS

I am creating a form for recording detentions students receive when they are late for class. I want the form to automatically send emails to students and parents when the form is submitted that notifies them of the date of the detention. My google form is only collecting the student names. My google sheet has a variety of formulas that pulls in the parent email, student email, etc from a master list. I have my emails templates set up. However, when I preveiw formmule is telling me that the email will not be sent because there is nothing in the TO: space on the email. However, the student and/or parent email IS showing on the preview. I don't know why it is refusing to send the emails. I think I may have something wrong in the send conditions but I have played with it and can't figure it out. Help please?!

I am facing the same Issue, Formmule is refusing to send emails and stating error "To Field is missing"....but the sheet contains the email address where the email needs to be sent......I'm not sure, Please assist.

Are you sure you have the title of the column that contains the email correct?

Click on the column name and let FormMule add the name to the TO section.  

Sometimes there is a space after the name in the title and clicking on the name in the list should fix the problem.
