We are creating Student-Athletic passes that include a picture of the student. We set-up a Google Form and used Autocrat to merge the student name, grade level, and image.

We created 260 of these and now suddenly we get the following error:

GoogleJsonResponseException: API call to slides.presentations.batchUpdate failed with error: Invalid requests[3].replaceAllShapesWithImage: Access to the provided image was forbidden

The folder where the images are uploaded when the form is completed is set to public Editor. We had a couple issues with .heic files and converted those file types to jpeg. Most of those file types have already been ran into a completed passes with no errors.

I've searched this group as well as viewed several youtube set-up videos and I am unable to determine the sudden cause of the error. Any help would be appreciated. We have a home volleyball game and home football game this week and I coming close to having to manual create these passes for the remaining 100 or so kids.

what is in the status column of the merge?  Put anything in the status column and Autocrat will skip those rows.

Put anything in the status column near where Autocrat fails.  Try running Autocrat.

I'm hoping you can skip the rows causing the issue.

Do you have the URL to the photo set to retrieve a thumbnail?
