Merge Condition Issue

I have autocrat setup to run on a form submission and merge when one condition is met. The one condition is that a specific column equals Yes

On the form, the question for that column has three answer options: Yes, No or Custom. 

Everything works properly when Yes or No are selected. However, when Custom is selected, it doesn't run autocrat and generate a new doc, but it copies down the link from the last row in the Link to Merged Doc column to the row of the recent submission that selected Custom. 

I can't find any info on why it copy that link down when the condition wasn't met. Any advice would be appreciated!

I am just merging a first name and last name onto a document and saving in one file. Not a complex merge.

I just updated the project triggers. Still not working. As soon as I click on New Job, it spins for a moment and then says "There are too many executions running simultaneously for this Apps Script project at this time." 

There is nothing else running.

No, just trying this one! I have cleared the cache, closed and reopened the browser, tried a different computer. 

I am still seeing the warning message that there are too many executions running simultaneously for this apps script project at this time. I am also sometimes only see "Help" and there is no "Launch" and also got the error "ScriptAutoCrat3.onStart experienced an error" when trying to open.

Hello, new in the group, love Autocrat. My colleagues and I work at a university and each of us gets the "There are too many executions..." message when trying to use Autocrat this morning (PST). It started, as far as we can tell, in the 11am hour pst. I thought it was something to do with my account or my spreadsheet, but since it happens independent of those factors I wanted to let you know. When I thought it was something to do with me I tried in new sheets (of course my colleagues had new sheets on their accounts), I tried in Incognito, I tried looking for issues in my apps scripts account. I think Autocrat has an issue on its end and I'd love to have use of it again. Thanks for everything!!

If it’s an issue since the update and someone mentioned just needing a bug, since there are many of us that have replied that we are experiencing this, despite clearing caches, etc. is there a responsible party that can create a fix for the bug?  Assuming I can uninstall and reinstall (we minions in a large place often require admin approval with password) , can you verify I won’t need to redo my existing jobs (setting them up)?  😊  Thanks, Eileen!

Hi - I found this about uninstalling AutoCrat:

Uninstalling and reinstalling the Autocrat add-on

generally does not delete your existing jobs because the configuration data is stored within the hidden "DO NOT DELETE - AutoCrat Job Settings" tab of your Google Sheet, not within the add-on itself. However, some users have reported issues where jobs fail or become inaccessible after reinstalling, sometimes requiring manual, deep cleaning of old configurations.

I wish I could help more. I also wish someone who created AutoCrat would chime in!
