Code 500 Server response

I'm running a merge very similar to one I've run many times before, but here I continually get the following error message:

"Exception: Request failed for https://docs.google.com returned code 500. Truncated server response: <!DOCTYPE html><html lang="en"><head><meta name="description" content="Web word processing, presentations and spreadsheets"><meta name="viewport" c... (use muteHttpExceptions option to examine full response)"

Searching around, I tried deleting the hidden "DO NOT DELETE - AutoCrat Job Settings" sheet and recreating the evaluation form, but that led to the exact same issue.

If anyone has any advice, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks!

As of now we already same issue on autocrat. Can you help me?
