Autocrat is not generating my documents anymore

Hi! 

I have been using autocrat for sometime now. Recently I created a form for our members to fill out that connects to a google doc. I was able to collect feedback from about 16 people before it stopped working. The only thing I did different was upgrade to the new autocrat. I tried deleting the job and creating a new one but that hasn't worked. I currently have form triggers enabled. I tried to run the job manually but it only shows the screen that is attached. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I didn't know there was a new version.  Unless you were using a very old version.  

You can try starting over with a new responses sheet from the google form.
