Help with autocrat

I'm new to autocrat. I have inherited a form with my new job.  When I submit a form, I do not get the most recent submission as an email. I've gone through and deleted all of the "starting at," after that I deleted the autocrat job and made a new autocrat job. When I submitted the form again, "starting at" came back in the form and it's not sending the most recent form submission.

Any ideas to fix this?

Did the previous owner of any triggers remove them?

The starting at is how Autocrat marks the rows it is about to process.

Did someone delete any data and maybe let the spreadsheet move the data up a row.  This would have caused Autocrat to loose track of what is the last row.

Autocrat will try and process any row that is blank in the status column.  If there are rows you don't want to send, put anything in the status column.

You might have to create a new responses sheet from the Google form and start over.  If you start over, make sure to copy the status information from the old sheet.
