Autocrat Stopped Working

Sometime on Sept 25 Autocrat stopped running for us.  When we go in and trigger a manual run, it says the merge is running then it cleans up, but nothing is being merged or sent.  There does not appear to be any changes that happened in the sheet.  We have tried deleting everything and starting over and we still have the same issue.

What is in the status column?  Autocrat will not process a row with anything in the status column.

All status columns are empty.  This sheet runs multiple merges.  This sheet has been running for several years and I am pretty familiar with it.  That is why I am confused with the sudden stop.
