Cannot Sending Automatic Email from Appsheet

hi, i just create appshet link into my google sheet and setup the autocrat. but, after new file coming from appsheet, autocrat can't generate my new file into email.

pls help

Can you run Autocrat manually?  If you are trying to use a Form Trigger, it will only work with a Google Form.

Is this a shared or team drive?  Autocrat will not work.  Are  you signed onto more than one account?

Try an incognito window in Google Chrome.
