emailing to incorrect person

I utilize autocrat to generate inverntion plans.  I have had it reported to me that a plan may be emailed to the wrong person.  When I try to figure out why it might be doing this I noticed that if the person was writing a plan right before or after the other person there may be an overlap.  Any guidance to ensure this doesn't happen?

I'm confused.  How are the rows being added to the spreadsheet?  Via a Google Form?  

Are you running Autocrat on the Response sheet?  

The only time I remember Autocrat getting rows mixed up is when rows have had the data removed without deleting the entire row.

I recommend that you select a new output destination from the Google Form.

Setup Autocrat on the responses tab of the new spreadsheet.  

Make sure to put something in the status column of the merge so the old rows are not processed again.
