Max number of Jobs

Is there a limit to the number of jobs that I can use for 1 project?  I'm wanting to create up to 15 separate jobs (strictly so that I can have a different template for each)?

I don't know of a limit but I would look at the templates and identify what is different.  If the difference can be handled by a merge tag, you will likely be better off adding a column to calculate the merge tag value if needed.

So, I was using a separate template because each has a specific signature image at the bottom depending on who filled out the form.  I am playing with having the signature image URL placed on the response sheet (Anyone with the link can open settings).  I've tried both .jpg and .png.

In the Job I have the tag set to "Image" and the "Image URL" set to the column that has the URL.

The Image is not being placed on the template.  It still shows <<sig>> (My field name)

I suspect that I have not published the image correctly, but it seems that the share settings have changed since the instructions that I have found.  I have seen to replace the "open?" with "uc?export=view&" in the image address, but my URL's do not have "open?".  They ar4e structured like  "https://drive.google.com/file/d/{ID}.

Again, I suspect that might be because they do not have the proper permissions.

The image url has to point to an image that is anyone with the link can view.  I'm not sure about security if you protect the link.

It has been a while but in the past if the Image function didn't display the image, it wouldn't work in Autocrat.  You might want to try your URL in the image function.
