You don't have access to template with ID Error message

Hello,

I have been using the same template and autocrat for the last 4 months, and this morning it says I don't have access

This has been addressed multiple times in the community.

Try removing the triggers from the "manage triggers" icon in the main menu.

Close Autocrat.

Open Autocrat and edit the merge to reset the triggers.

I am sorry can you explain what you mean my manager triggers.   On step 2 choose your template it says I don't have access to templete wit ID

Subject: Autocrat – PDF Auto-Generation Issue (Trigger Not Working)

Dear Autocrat Support Team,

I have been facing an issue with Autocrat where the PDF is not auto-generating after a form submission. Earlier, it was working fine. Currently, I have to generate it manually using the Run button.

I checked the community discussions and tried the suggested solution:

Removed all triggers from the Manage Triggers menu.

Closed Autocrat and reopened it.

Edited and reset the merge to apply new triggers.


Unfortunately, the problem still persists — the trigger does not auto-run after form submission.

Could you please look into this and guide me on how to resolve it?

I apologize.  That answer applies to a trigger not working.

Do you still have access to the file?  

Is the file in a shared drive?  Autocrat doesn't work with shared drives.

I was asking where the manage tirrigers was located because I could not find it.  I am new to this and trying to understand your lingo

Did you talk to the IT / Workplace folks.  They might have changed something that prevents 3rd party apps from running.
