How to Import Job Version 2.0 into Version 3.0

          Now My Problem is con not see the old job in version 2 after upgrads to version 3 
I would know how i can fix this issue pls help me

The upgrade process was over five years ago.  I don't think you can see version 2 jobs once you convert.  It has been so long, I can't remember.

Go to the community and search for "version 3 update".

Dear Joseph

         I think i was misunderstand 
now I'm encountering a strange issue with Autocrat in one of my Google Sheets and hoping someone might have seen this before.

I had 3 Autocrat jobs set up and running perfectly, triggered by Google Form submissions. I could previously see and edit them fine in the Autocrat interface (Extensions > Autocrat > Open).

Today, when I opened Autocrat, the job list is completely empty – it shows 'No jobs saved yet'. However, the jobs are definitely still active in the background. When a new form response comes in, the documents are still generated and sent out according to the original job settings.

I've already tried:

  • Ensuring I'm logged into the correct Google Account.
  • Confirming I'm in the correct Google Sheet file.
  • Refreshing the page (F5) and restarting the browser.

Has anyone experienced this where jobs execute correctly but disappear from the Autocrat UI? Any ideas on how to make them visible again so I can edit them?
