To the Autocrat team,
I am writing to report a technical issue that I am unable to resolve while using Autocrat to merge images from Google Drive into Google Docs.
Issue Description:
When running an Autocrat job, the output document displays the image URLs instead of the images themselves. This occurs even after attempting all common troubleshooting steps.
Troubleshooting Steps Taken:
URL Format: I have confirmed that the URLs in the Google Sheet use the correct format (https://drive.google.com/uc?export=view&id=...). A Google Apps Script has been implemented to ensure this.
Tag and Column Match: I have verified that the tag names in the Google Docs template (<<Image:Dokumentasi 1>>) exactly match the column headers in the Google Sheet.
Template Formatting: I have tried manually retyping the image tags into a new GDocs template to eliminate any potential hidden formatting.
File Sharing Permissions: All image files in Google Drive have been set to "Anyone with the link can view."
Output Format: I have tried changing the Autocrat output format to PDF, but the issue persists.
Autocrat Log: The job does not generate a log, which indicates that Autocrat is not successfully starting the process.
As all the steps above have been attempted without success, I believe this is a technical issue that may require assistance from your support team.
