We are experiencing a persistent issue launching AutoCrat manually from Google Sheets across our district domain (warsawschools.org).
When opening AutoCrat or attempting to run a job manually, we receive the error:
There are too many executions running simultaneously for this Apps Script project at this time.
Manual merges/triggers fail immediately with this concurrency error
Background/scheduled triggers appear to still function
The problem occurs across multiple users, devices, and spreadsheets (including new test sheets)
Verified no AutoCrat jobs appear actively running
Checked Apps Script triggers/executions — nothing appears stuck on our end
Removed and reinstalled the AutoCrat add-on
Tested in Chrome and Safari
Confirmed network access and allowlisted script.google.com (Securly)
This began after a recent disruption last week, and we are wondering if AutoCrat’s backend Apps Script project is experiencing execution backlog or throttling.
Questions:Is there a current service-wide concurrency/backlog issue affecting AutoCrat?
Is there anything that can be reset or cleared on the AutoCrat project side?
Are there recommended mitigation steps for districts experiencing this?

This NV Autocrat Group was previously monitored and responded to by Joe Schmidt, a wonderful volunteer who sadly passed away recently. As Joe explained to me, and as stated on their website, there is no Autocrat Support Team:

That said, this is not a minor bug or inconvenience—this is a global outage. New Visions needs to be made aware immediately. I believe we need to reach out to them directly individually so they understand how many of us are affected.

Hi Developer.
I’m having a bit of a headache with Autocrat on my sheet. I’ve set it to run automatically, but it just won't trigger.
Every time I try to fix it, I get this error: "checkMultipleAccountIssue: ScriptError." It seems like my Google accounts are clashing and blocking the script. I’ve tried reinstalling it, but that didn't help.
Could you take a quick look when you have a sec? Any tips to get it running again would be awesome.

Subject: Temporary Workaround for Mail Merge (While waiting for Autocrat) -- CAN BE FAIL.
Hi everyone,
Like many of you, I am currently facing issues with Autocrat (timeouts/errors). While we all hope and wait for Autocrat to return to full functionality, we still need to get our work done.
I want to share a custom Google Apps Script that I am currently using as a temporary solution to keep operations running.
What this script does:
It performs the basic functions: Merging data from Sheets to Docs/Slides (PDF) and emailing them.
Please note that this is a simple script and is far from perfect compared to Autocrat.
No Error Detection for Typos:
The script cannot tell you if you made a typo in your tags.
If your Sheet header is Name but your Doc template says <<name>>, it will simply result in a blank space without any error message. You must be very precise (Case Sensitive).
No Conditional Folders (Single Folder Only):
Unlike Autocrat, this script cannot save files to different folders based on conditions.
It will simply create the PDFs and save ALL of them into ONE specific folder that you select in the configuration settings.
Language Settings (Menu No. 3):
The default language is Indonesian.
I have added an option to switch to English (Menu No. 3), but please note it might not work perfectly yet. Please be understanding, but it is worth a try.
Mandatory Trial Run:
Do not run this on your full database immediately.
Please try it on 1 or 2 rows first to ensure the PDF creates correctly and the email is sent.
Open your Google Sheet.
Go to Extensions > Apps Script.
Delete any code there and paste the script provided below.
Click Save and Refresh your Google Sheet.
A new menu "Mail Merge Pro" will appear.
Click Mail Merge Pro > 1. Update Konfigurasi (Setup Config).
A new sheet KONFIGURASI_MERGE will be created.
Fill in the Yellow Cells (Sheet, Template, Folder).
📧 EMAIL SETTINGS (Crucial Step):
Enable Sending: You MUST change the "Send Email?" option from NO to YES (or YA). If you leave it as NO, the script will only create PDF files in your Drive folder without sending them.
Subject & Body: You can customize the Email Subject and Email Body in the configuration sheet.
Tip: You can use tags like <<Name>> inside the email body/subject to personalize it.
💡 PRO TIP: What if my file is not in the Dropdown?
Sometimes the dropdown menu might not load all your files. If you cannot find your file in the list, you can manually paste the File ID or Folder ID into the yellow cell.
Ignore Validation Errors: If you paste an ID manually and a red error notification appears in the cell (saying "Invalid input"), please IGNORE it. The script will still work and read the ID correctly. Just proceed.
❓ How to find the ID?
Look at the URL (link) in your browser address bar:
Docs/Slides: .../document/d/1AbCdEfGhIjKLmNoPqRsTuVwXyZ/edit (Code between /d/ and /edit)
Folders: .../drive/folders/1XyZ_12345abcdeFGHIJ (Code at the end)
Once configured, click Mail Merge Pro > 2. Jalankan Merge & Email (Run Merge).
Hopefully, this helps us survive until Autocrat is back to normal!
AGAIN, PLEASE RUN TRIAL FIRST to make sure it's working.
This might not be a solution for everyone, but at least let's try it for basic functions.

I would like to report an error that occurs when using the AutoCrat add-on in Google Sheets. Below are the details of the issue:
Add-on Name: AutoCrat
Error Message:
checkMultipleAccountIssue: {"name":"ScriptError"}
Issue Description:
The error appears when launching or running an AutoCrat job. A pop-up error message is displayed, and the process cannot continue.
Steps Already Taken:
Created a brand-new Google Sheet
Reconfigured AutoCrat from scratch
Relaunched AutoCrat
Ensured that only one Google account is active in the browser
Despite these steps, the same error continues to occur.
Expected Result:
AutoCrat runs normally without any errors.
Actual Result:
The process stops and displays the error message checkMultipleAccountIssue: ScriptError.
Please note that this issue occurs even when AutoCrat is set up on a completely new Google Sheet.
I would appreciate your assistance in investigating this issue further. If you need any additional information (logs, file access, or screenshots), please let me know.

I did see that same error, after trying a number of steps but first error is this one "Authorization is Required". Checked Google Workspace and AutoCrat is showing as installed and authorized. We notice it was updated yesterday... perhaps needs a bug fix or do we need to Uninstall & Reinstall and then do we lose our scripts?
