Autocrat blank page

Hi,

When I launch the existing Autocrat, it becomes a blank page.

Then I installed a new Autocrat with my other corporate gmail account and launched the Autocrat, but it was still blank.

And I have seen a lot of errors from others, just wondering is this Autocrat going to discontinue?  If yes, we need to look for alternative solutions.

I got this from NewVisions.  

In the past I have seen this occur if a user has an ad-blocker installed or if their domain installed a web-filtering software - both of these can cause the Autocrat modal to have display errors.

Try an incognito window that might bypass the ad-blocker.

If you are using an ad-blocker, try turning it off.  Make sure your domain hasn't installed web-filtering software.

Thanks for your reply.

I did try on incognito windows and the screenshot is from incognito windows.
It seems to take a longer time to display and the interface don't display nicely like what others being mentioning.

Hope this tool is still available as it is a very good tool for doc conversion to PDF.  They have done a very good job.
