AUTOCRAT STEP 3 ISSUE

HI , my autocrat seems to be corrupted. i tried uninstalling and re-installing , however i still cannot get a genuine autocrat. i tried with cooperate account and personal account. choose the proper sheet , wanted to send out e-cert but step 3 merge is missing and hence it does not safe

See possible solution  If this fixes your issue, you may want to check with your WorkPlace administrator.  Autocrat might be being blocked.

I got this from NewVisions.  

In the past I have seen this occur if a user has an ad-blocker installed or if their domain installed a web-filtering software - both of these can cause the Autocrat modal to have display errors.

Try an incognito window that might bypass the ad-blocker.

If you are using an ad-blocker, try turning it off.  Make sure your domain hasn't installed web-filtering software.
