Did not Receiving e-certificate from autocrat

Good Morning Sir/Madam,
Actually i created e-certificate through Autocrat,While generating e-certificate, generated and sending to the participant.But participant can not receive mail through Autocrat.
Please resolve the issue.

If the email is in your Sent folder, Autocrat worked.  Is the email in the Spam folder of the user?  Does the user have any rules about receiving documents?

Did they receive the email?  

Are you sharing a PDF with them?

I'm thinking that their email is blocking your message.

No,they didn't receive mail..
Yes,sharing pdf 
Not one participant..all the participants are not receiving mails through autocrat..But in sent items it displays

Are the folks receiving the email using a personal Gmail account or a company email?

If the status column indicates that the email has been sent and the emails are in your Sent folder, I suspect a problem with emails and not Autocrat.  

If possible try sending the output to me at glua...@gmail.com.
