Mapping Tags Do Not Appear

When I go to run a job, the tags from my template do not appear to match columns. Has anyone run into this issue and found a fix?

It is a google doc. We are a school in the EDU realm. When I log in to my personal gmail account, I am able to match tags and run the program, but when I am in my school google account, it does not let me match tags. Further, when I try to run the program without mapping any tags in my school account, it gives me user errors saying I do not have the rights to access the file (even though I am the creator and owner of it). Any help you can give me would be great--thanks.

You solved the problem.  Talk to the workplace admin or the IT folks.

Something in the setup is not letting Autocrat continue.

You can try an incognito window but it might not work with 

Autocrat will not work with a team or shared drive.

Make sure you are signed onto only one account.
