Getting a tag fetching error

We have a google slide that is a certificate that we are trying to merge - we are getting an error - is our slide set up incorrectly?

I don't see anything wrong with the template.  Have you checked the spreadsheet for special characters that might confuse Autocrat?

Hey Danielle -- the slide looks ok but if you copy/pasted the tags Autocrat doesn't like that. Apparently there is some hidden html that baffles it.

Double check the time zone settings on the spreadsheet (File - Spreadsheet settings - Time zone). Reset it by changing it to any random location then back to your proper one.

Clear the four autocrat status columns and run it again manually.

We were able to fix that issue and now have another - the data from our google sheet isn't pushing into the individual google slides files and they are not getting the correct name either - its pushing data into the spreadsheet not pushing the name etc into the google sheets - what are we doing wrong?

Thank you so much - there must have been something in the slide itself - I recreated it in google slides (instead of converting the PPT) and it worked!
