Autocrat email not sending, even though it says "email sent"

I have autocrat triggered to run when a progress report is finished (triggered by a YES answer to "Is this form complete?"). It creates a PDF and emails a variety of folks. It's worked all year, but recently, while it does make the PDF, it does NOT send the email, but  the status reads as follows {full email addresses redacted}:
Document successfully created; Document successfully merged; PDF created; Emails Sent: [To: k.p@us,k.s@.us; CC: m.m@us,m.c@us; BCC: erin.waggoner@; no-reply: true]; Run via form trigger as erin.waggoner@; Timestamp: May 16 2024 9:47 AM

Try changing to allow a reply.  If the message shows in the sent folder, then there is likely a setting that needs to be changed in the domain or Workplace s.

See https://www.certifyem.com/help-center/certifyem-and-google-workspace for settings that might have to be changed.  The writer knows way more than I do about settings and SPF records.
