Autocrat stopped Working

to NV Autocrat Add-on
After i closed the sheet when i wanted to open and it said "working" for about 5 minutes, the Autocrat "Open" button dissappeared when reopening the document . I dont want to loose the Autocrat job (when re-installing). What can I do?

This usually goes away if you refresh the screen or wait a few minutes.
If you clicked Save in the merge setup, it should be there..

I am having the same problem. Autocrat has worked well for months, but now the only option is "Help". I am also having issues with the generated document filling in fields with "undefined" when there was text to be merged.

You can try to unstall and reinstall but I'm not confident that will fix the issue of only seeing "help".
As to the undefined, it probably means that the form or spreadsheet was changed.
