Permissions Error, Even After I Make a New Template

Hi! I am experiencing permission errors when trying to merge files within Autocrat. The files have a triangle next to them that says the user does not have permission rights to the file but the user is the sole owner of the file. My Google Admin installed the app and worked for years before. I tried making a new template and the error still comes up.

I would have the workplace admin double check the settings.

Which settings? It seems to be working for most people but me.

I'm sorry, that is above my pay grade and knowledge. Since it is working for some folks, have them compare the permissions.
