Emails not sending on trigger

I am new to autocrat.  I have set up a job to run on a spreadsheet from a google form.  I would like a new pdf generated with each google form response and then have the pdf emailed to the respondant as well as three other people.  I have been able to have it generate a pdf everytime the form is filled out but the emails are not sending.  I checked that the time zone is correct.  I also had the documents in a shared drive and moved it to a folder in my drive instead because I read that could be the problem.  Nothing seems to have solved this.  Any ideas or suggestions?  My users key is  AAQ68txvn7U/hKRd+RfHmZ38oCKNWuodkFr5AVd+jL8xwVe8Av6peG68ifpdwthtE1oG8DiQoIqD

The output shouldn't be a shared drive either.

Autocrat adds four columns.  The fourth column is a status column.  Look for an error message.

If you can't figure it out copy the status column and paste in a reply to this email.  You can put "em...@someplace.com instead of any email that might be showing.

A common problem is that people use the merge tag from the template instead of the column title from the spreadsheet.

Thank you for this.  I looked at the status column and it said that the email name tag I had entered in was invalid.  I had a space after the name in the spreadsheet and so it was not matching the name I had entered in the job.  I fixed that and it works now.  Thanks!
