Form Trigger did not run

I have an autocrat job that runs on form trigger. I have been using it for quite some time and it works great. Based on the document merge status row, I can see it usually it runs exactly an hour after the form is submitted.  A submission was put in today at 7:57 am CST and it is currently 10:00 am CST and the autocrat has not run. It was a fluke that I even saw there was a submission and it is an important autocrat. I'm grateful I happened to see this right away, though I do have notifications set up (just in case) on the sheet it runs on so I would've seen it tomorrow regardless.

It ran just fine on Monday when we got a submission. Any thoughts as to why it would suddenly stop working?

I think there is a video in my Youtube about how to set up an audit process.

Do you have both time and form trigger set?

Try deleting the triggers from the main menu and then resetting the triggers.
