Not allowing me to attach a PDF

Why am I not able to attach a PDF to my email? I do not have that option in the drop-down. I am only given these two options: Google Docs and PDF. I previewed the job and the email - no attachment - was sent. 

Also, why am I only able to merge the first 100 rows out of the 178 rows in my spreadsheet?

You can not attach a separate PDF to an email.  You can only attach the PDF created from the template.  If you have another PDF that you want them to see, include a link in the template or in the email.

If you are using a free account, you are limited to 100 rows per day.  See the FAQ at the top of the group.
