Is Autocrat down?

I just tried Autocrat and it works fine for me.  

If nothing was changed with your PC or the Workplace settings, I would try again.

Hello,

Une mise à jour windows a eu lieu ce matin 15-01-2025. En désinstallant cette dernière mise à jour j'ai pu retravailler normalement avec Autocrat.

A Windows update took place this morning, January 15, 2025. By uninstalling this latest update, I was able to work normally with Autocrat again.

I'm having the problem with the bland Autocrat screen as well. I exited out of everything and I was able to get in but my merges aren't working when triggered. Now I'm getting the blank screen again.

Thanks for letting us know. 

My PC was also updated.  I'm also getting the blank Autocrat screen.  Autocrat creates the hidden file but then I get the blank scree.

It appears to be that something changed and I don't know what.

I'm having the same issue. I just have a blank screen when I go to open it. I have Macbook and recently updated my software, thinking this would help. It did not. I also uninstalled and reinstalled Autocrat. Still the blank screen. Anyone solved this?
