Any advice please. Autocrat stuck on the loading screen with the three blobs.

Make sure you are signed onto only one account. Use an incognito window in Chrome.

Thanks for the advice. I have checked and I was only in one account. Today it will load but very slow. Today it merged some rows into template and emailed them but then said something has gone wrong. I tried again and failed and then I deleted the headers, selected only the rows it had failed to merge and tried again - no luck keeps saying it should not be taking so long. What happens if i delete Autocrat and reload - do I loose my jobs?

If you are using the Add-on version, there is no need to remove and add it back. I wouldn't run the old version of Autocrat.
Are you using Chrome incognito window? Do you have a lot of merge tags(50 or more)? Are you merging any photos?

HI Joe - thanks for all the work you put into doing these replies. Apologies for delay in responding. I am using the 'new' version I think - how do I tell? Not using Chrome. Using Firefox. The job with the most merge tags is 22 but it is a huge spreadsheet with 17 tabs. Not merging photos. What is happening now is: very slow to load, very slow to run job even if just merging two rows, completes job OK but always ends up saying "somethings wrong it shouldn't be taking too long".....this occurs even though it has run and finished OK.
