Autocrat Cleaning up message but not merging documents - why?

Please help? I have tried and tried and tried. I have changed the email from home email to my college one for students and it just does not work. It is so frustrating!

Are you merging on form submit or time triggers?

Did you run the merge job once before?  If there is anything in the status column then Autocrat will not process that row.  Delete the information in the status column and try again.


Do you have any selection criteria?  Do any of the rows meet the criteria?  For text, it has to match exactly.

Thanks. What do you mean by the status column. Is that the data in the far right columns of the spreadsheet created by the mail merge.
