i have a problem. when i follow the instructions, on page 8 "share docs & send emails", when i was about to set the emails, there will be a warning that says "only available for google apps accounts, not gmail users. " and that's probably why when I finished the merge, the document don't automatically send to my recipients. 

please let me know how to fix it. thanks.

Select a different option.  A doc cannot be shared with someone that doesn't have a Google account.  Share as a PDF attachment.

hi, i did chose "pdf" please look at my photo. 

i just don't understand why the system can't send my pdf to my recipients automatically., and why is there the message ""only available for google apps accounts, not gmail users. "" thanks.

just checking 

1, are you sure the email addresses correct

2, check for spaces (the heading "your email" if it has a space at the end then the auto crat will not recognise it as your tag does not.

it is not recognising the TAG "your email" so there must be something different in the header from the tag and the need to be exact.

my autocrat is only successful when we type in English. however, when my students want to type in their Chinese names, the final pdf file will show a complete blank there... can anyone help me solve this problem? thanks!

now it's strange. before, i can merge a good pdf, but I couldn't receive the file. now I can receive the file, but I can't have the name shown on it anymore, even if I type my name in English.

There is no reason why the chinese writing shouldnt merge. I have just attempted it myself.

Please check each header and tag and make sure that they are identical (for example there is no extra space before, middle or end of the words).
