Email certificates going to spam

I have auto-generated certificates going from the noreply email to recipients' "promotions" folder. How do I change this so the email goes directly to the primary inbox?

I don't know if there is a way.  Have you talked to the WorkPlace admin?  

Each student could set a filter but that probably isn't practical.

You might consider training the students to check the Spam folder frequently.  They should also skim the automatic folders as Google doesn't always get it correct.
