Autocrat emails not sending

Good morning, folks!

I've set up two jobs on a single spreadsheet. They run manually and on triggers and the documents are created without issue; however, none of the emails are sent. As far as I know, I'm formatting everything correctly.

I've seen some people recommend the following, but I have questions:

• Reset time zone information: I've done this, but it has had no effect.
• Uninstall and reinstall Autocrat: would I lose the jobs I've created?
• Only be logged into a single Google Account, or work in an incognito window: I regularly am logged into multiple Chrome profiles at work and at home (out of necessity). How would it work to have a time trigger running in an incognito window? Do time triggers work only when Chrome is open and active?

It looks like one email actually went through:

Meanwhile, several other emails did not, even though the email addresses listed are correct:

Ahhh, gotcha! I found guidance that said we needed to use semicolons or commas based on our country, but that's good to know! Thanks!

Everything works as intended, however the emails are not being sent.  The 4th column shows that the email was sent and there are no error messages, however I did not receive the email and neither did the intended recipient.

I suspect a problem with the SPF records for the school domain.  That is above my pay grade but if you run the same merge under your personal Gmail account, the email will be sent.
