Dates for exam of Phd course work

With due regards I humbly enquire before you that shall the dates of the Phd course work exam shall remain from 01.04.2014 to 03.04.2014 or is there any change given the recent notification of events to be held at WBNUJS?

I humbly ask you to kindly confirm the dates so that it is possible for me to confirm the leave at my Institute and can apply showing the details as communication received from your end as the reason for my leave.

Dear Ph.D batch of 2013, greetings, hope you are doing fine

The shedule for last session of contact classes and 

the course work examination is not yet fixed.

As informed to you all in the previous contact session, the

last session, there would be 3-4 days of classes and as well

it is coupled with quite a few number of activities that includes:

1. Research methodology written examination

2. Submission of seminar paper

3. Submission of literature review report

4. Submission of your research proposal

5. Presentation of seminar paper

6. Presentation of your individual research proposal

Since, the above activities are involved in the final

session, we need confirmation from you all regarding

preparedness for the above mentioned activities, in 

particular activities ranging from No: 2 to No: 6

Just a week back I received the final list of seminar

topics from your end and have no further up-dation

regarding how far you are done with the above 

mentioned activities and works as required

If you are done with the write ups, if you all are ready

for submitting your write ups and give presentations

along with taking final sem end examination, University

can accordingly finalize the schedule for final session

It can happen around first week of April, if you all

are ready with the above, otherwise it can happen

in June/July, since university will have summer 

holidays starting from the third week of April till the

third week of June, thank you very much

I am highly grateful for your immediate response and would like to state that I shall not be in a position to come to attend the classes or the give the presentations as there are certain leave issues at my end and during June it will be easy for me to get the leave also.

The submissions would also require some more time and would be grateful if that can be provided.

I request you to kindly consider the same and keep the submissions and exam in the month of June.

This is to inform you that I will also be grateful like my friends above if exam will be in the month of march since there will be some issues regarding submission of write ups and I think it will not be possible to complete within 1st week of April. And as such I am also in favour of holding the exam in the month of June as well as for submission of write ups since there will be summer vacation and it would be easy for us to utilize that time.
